Hello cookie lovers! We are thrilled to announce our very first Limited Batch Release!

Moving forward, we'll be announcing new flavours and opening up orders for a short time each week. This allows us to bake in smaller, more focused batches, guaranteeing you the absolute highest quality and freshness. Get ready for 12 of the most decadent cookies you've ever tasted.

How to Order This Week’s Batch

Our baking slots are highly exclusive. To ensure the freshest possible experience, all orders for this week’s Limited Batch Release MUST be placed and paid for by Saturday, at 10PM.

This deadline is final. Orders placed after the cut-off time will, unfortunately, miss this week's bake and will be cancelled/refunded. Please order early to secure your dozen!

What's Inside?

Each Gourmet Dozen Box contains 12 generously-sized cookies (6 of each of this week's featured flavours):

  • Lotus Biscoff stuffed cookies- A velvety, chewy cookie base, loaded with crumbled Biscoff biscuits, and baked around a rich, creamy core of molten Lotus Biscoff spread.

  • Pistachio stuffed cookies- A soft, subtly sweet vanilla cookie shell with crunchy, finely chopped nuts. This cookie is stuffed with roasted kunafi folded gently into a creamy pistachio paste.

  • Ferroro Roche stuffed Cookies- Our rich double chocolate cookie dough wrapped around a whole Ferrero Rocher truffle. Baked to perfection, this cookie delivers a perfect bite of crispy wafer, smooth milk chocolate, and roasted hazelnut crunch in a single decadent bite.
  • Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies- Rich and chewy chocolate from first bite to the very last. 

  • Jammy Dodger cookies - White chocolate chip cookies stuffed baked around the biscuit. 

  • Salted Caramel CookiesA soft, thick butterscotch cookie base with a gooey, molten centre of homemade salted caramel sauce. Each bite offers a perfect balance of deep, rich sweetness and a crisp, salty counterpoint. Utterly addictive.

Delivery & Logistics

  • Price: £40.00 is the final price. This price includes all postage and packaging costs (P&P) for UK addresses, or local hand-delivery within 5 miles of Welwyn Garden City. No hidden fees!

  • Shipping/Delivery: All cookies will be baked fresh on Monday and posted on Tuesday. You will receive tracking or a delivery window via email when your box is dispatched.

  • Freshness Guaranteed: We carefully seal and pack your cookies to maintain peak deliciousness. They are best enjoyed within 5 days of arrival or can be frozen upon receipt for up to 3 months.

Cake Care Guide

  1. Transportation: Place the cake on a flat, stable surface in your vehicle to prevent tilting or sliding during transportation.
    If possible, use the air-conditioning in your car to maintain a cool temperature during transit, especially on warm days.
  2. Carrying the box: Hold the cake box from the bottom to provide maximum support. Avoid carrying the box at an angle, as this can cause the cake to shift or become uneven inside.
  3. Avoid direct sunlight: Keep the cake out of direct sunlight during transportation and at home.
    Sunlight and heat can affect the stability and appearance of the cake, especially if it has delicate decorations.
  4. Refridgeration: If the cake contains perishable fillings or frosting, refrigerate it to maintain freshness.
    Allow the cake to come to room temperature for about an hour before serving for the best flavour and texture.
  5. Storing leftovers: If there are leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
    Consume leftover cake within a few days for the best taste and texture.
  6. Cutting the cake: When cutting the cake, use a serrated knife or a sharp, clean knife.
    Dip the knife in warm water and wipe it clean between each cut for smoother slices.
