• Template Cutting: Using custom templates to carve a stable, tapered handbag shape from your choice of chocolate, vanilla or red velvet cake flavour.

• Internal Support: Engineering the base to handle the weight of the "flaps" and ensuring the cake remains upright during transport.

• Ganaching: Mastering the use of firm chocolate ganache to create a solid foundation for your fondant "leather."

2. Mastering Exotic Leather Textures

• The Croc-Effect: How to use embossing mats and hand-tooling techniques to create realistic crocodile and alligator scales.
